Description: For sale is this older Orrefors/Kosta Boda gold discus votive candleholder in very good condition with no damage or hidden repairs. It still has its paper warning label on the bottom and appears unused. It also has its Orrefors Sweden sticker affixed to the top. The design has clear crystal on the top and a gold painted pattern on the bottom in a discus shape to commemorate the World Athletic Championships in 1995 with the gold giving off a glow like the Olymoic flame. The votive was designed by Lars Hellsten and it measures 5 1/2 inches wide and 2 1/8 inches high. It is heavy weighing 2 1/2 pounds. Lovely addition to a Orrefors collection.
