Orville was a brand once operated by Gibson in Japan. Personally, I feel it's a guitar that produces good low-end tones. It seems that the escutcheon has been replaced with a new one.The pickguard has been removed.There is a slight buzzing on the 1st string when playing open strings.As it is a guitar from about 30 years ago, there are some scratches here and there, but the condition seems quite good for an old guitar. However, please refrain if you are seeking a perfect condition.I put on Elixir strings in April 2024.It is likely made by Terada Gakki.
