For a tape listed as very good or below, I make no guarantee of function. My condition system is this:Mould will always be mentioned in the title. No tape with mould will get above a Very Good rating.Mint (M): Tapes do not receive this rating lightly. The tape itself will be pristine. The case, front insert, and any other paperwork/pamphlets/posters the tape may have come with will be present with minimal damage, such as a very slight crease to a pamphlet. Posters will be unused. The outer sleeve may have very light scratches or very small dents as these sleeves can be rather fragile, however, the scratches or dents will not be too deep or too many and there will be no holes of of any kind, and this will vary based on the exact plastic used for the cover. Any stickers to the cover will be original from first point of sale and will be visible in the pictures. There will be no stickers on the manual or other paperwork. Near Mint (NM): The tape may have some small scratches or a small chip, and possibly minor marks or peeling to the sticker. The case and front insert and any larger paperwork such as posters will be present, however, smaller paperwork such as advertisements may be missing. The case and included paperwork will have very little visible damage outside of the outer sleeve as these sleeves can be very fragile, however, the scratches will not be too deep or too many and any holes or dents in the sleeve will be minor. How I qualify this will vary by sleeve. There may be very slight fraying to the top or bottom edge of the front insert, which should be visible in the listing's photos. The paperwork or poster may have some minor creasing, curving, some small writing or a shop's sticker placed on it. Very Good (VG): The tape may have some scratches and possibly chips, as well as potentially label damage. Mould will be mentioned in the title if present. The case and front insert will be present but may have minor cracks or holes in the sleeve, and/or damage to the insert. No paperwork is guaranteed to be included, but what is included will be in presentable condition. Good (G): The tape may have multiple scratches and chips, possibly mould (see title) and may not have a label. The case and front insert will be present but may have multiple cracks or holes and any pins holding the tape in place or the case shut may be damaged. The front insert may be frayed or ripped. The paperwork may be included but may also be rather damaged. If the case is not present, the tape will be in very good condition or higher. Acceptable: (A): If the case is present. the tape should be assumed not to play and may have some form of damage to the tape inside. It will have chips or cracks. There is no guarantee the case will be in any condition or have the front insert. If the case is not present, the tape may play but be in good condition or lower.
