The item has an attached tag that reads IDEAL EQUESTRIAN. MASTER CRAFTSMEN IN SADDLERY-HARNESS. ART NO. CS-903. SIZE. FULL. We believe that this item was made within the last 5-10 years. The cheek strap has 4 different holes on both ends that allow it to be adjusted. The cheek straps measures roughly 14 3/8” from end to end when adjusted to the longest length and 12 3/8“ when adjusted to the shortest length. The cheek straps also measure roughly 7/8” wide and 1/8” thick at its thickest strap. The buckles appear to be made of brass and have what look like nickel or steel pins. The buckles were not attracted to a magnet when tested but the pins were slightly attracted. The buckles have wear, fading, scratches, nicks, and areas with oxidation. The combined weight of the cheek straps is roughly 11.5 oz. The leather has shelf wear, manufacturing imperfections, scratches, nicks, dings, scuffs, gouge-type marks, and dusty areas.
