Description: DESCRIPTION: Beautiful pair of vintage wood (oak?) canoe boat paddles or oars made by Old Town. Earlier this summer I sold the 18' Old Town canoe that I purchased (along with these paddles) from the original owner. Another eBayer sent me a copy of the actual sales receipt from 1978 based on the serial number on the canoe. I'm assuming these two paddles were made in 1978 or thereabouts. One is slightly larger than the other. Both retain the original labels. DIMENSIONS: One: 69" x 7.5" the other is: 66" x 7.5". The longer paddle's "paddle" section surface is is larger/broader than the other paddle, although widest part is the same dimension. CONDITION: Other than a few abrasions and light scratches, they are in very good condition retaining good gloss on the paddle section. Wear to finish on the handles.SALES TAX:eBay will automatically apply buyers state sales tax applied to your purchase.
