Description: new old stock made in usa in 1993 by DOW COVER CO INC. called "panel marker flank, fluorescent nylon bunting type II classI" i believe these where used on decks of aircraft carriers.not exactly sure and do not know reason for the holes in the item, but to military specification, yellow on both side. panel is 30" wide and approx 69" long the photo article is folded in 1/2 so is 2x as long.
