Description: This beautiful patchwork quilt uses multiple diamond shaped blocks of fabric for this Texas Lone Star design. The unusual design is not just one star, but a star within another larger star, and was designed by Mabel Graber of Middlesbury, Indiana. The pristine white background is surround by green, yellow and burnt orange shapes forming the star design. Two patterned fabrics are also used to enhance the quilt and complement the primary colors of the gorgeous piece. The stitching designs are elaborate and beautiful and each section is hand stitched into the shapes and designs by master Amish quilters from Middlesbury, Indiana. The top of the quilt has a 21" band that is designed to cover pillows. It is in perfect new condition and has never been used or washed, comes from a pet free, smoke free home. It has been stored away for more than 40 years and is a beautiful as when it was made. It is 110" long x 98" wide.
