It featured art by Al Hartley, Al Jaffee (MAD Magazine), Morris Weiss and others, and ran until 1967. It spun off three titles including Patsy and Hedy. Atlas Comics, the successor of Timely Comics in 1950 was having problems with distribution and created 58 new shell company names and logos to hopefully stay on with almost any newsstand distribution company other than Independent News (IND), DC's distributor. One of the new names was Male Distribution, ironically one of the more successful ones with 196 comics published under that label between 1952 and 1967. Atlas went defunct in October 1957, but somehow continued publishing and was rebranded as Marvel Comics in 1961. Stan Lee had worked for both Timely and Atlas, and continued on into the Marvel era. This particular issue of Patsy and Hedy was published in that weird in-between period and is one of the first comics in which the stories are written and signed by Stan Lee and Al Hartley. By this time, Stan Lee was using his new name rather than his birth name, Stanley Martin Lieber. 100% of the proceeds of this sale go to Beyond the Walls (Charity) Make an offer!
