Bodice is fully lined, has lace trimmed puffed sleeves and lace trim across the front. Skirt has an attached tulle petticoat (I add an additional petticoat (NOT INCLUDED) for added fullness. Dress opens fully in back and closes with buttons and has ties at side to form a bow in back. Dress is made from a true vintage pattern made for Patti Playpal dolls. I sew the old fashioned way without a serger but I have been making quality doll clothes for many years with much attention paid to detail and fabric choice. Smoke free home.
