Please contact me to discuss if interest This masterpiece is one for the collector, a truly special example from the artisanal hands of the master himself, Dario Pegoretti This frameset was originally a showpiece for the North American Market and marked the OG Faema paint in the original colour way There are only two other known examples in this paint, a Luigino and a Duende What makes this unique is it pre dates the Ciavete paint offerings when only standard colour ways were offered, with this being a show piece it was truly unique Marcelo named after Dario’s father is painted in full (without the blanking x’s) perhaps illustrating a more peaceful time in their relationship? It is a black head badge! The bike has since been upgraded to the new Falz fork however it will be supplied with the period correct Reynolds Ouzo Pro Period correct WR Compositi Seatpost Period correct Campagnolo Record 10 Speed Groupset including full Ti Record cassette and spare standard Record Cassette Current and new Campagnolo Bora WTO 45 Wheelset Thomson Cockpit Chris King Headset Saddle is not included however I will supply a saddle of your choice (within reason) The paint is in excellent condition but please note there are a few very minor scratches representative of its age. The bike has hardly been ridden over the years and has been more of a display piece, a bit of a shame really, as it’s the very best bike I have ever ridden!
