I know the signature is real, because I got it myself outside the Majestic stage door when I had nothing better to do as a teenager. Signature is nice. I don’t think it has faded as it has never been taken out of the box other than to take these pictures and has been in my closet for decades. Now, that the show has closed on Broadway, this is quite an interesting collectible for fans of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Michael Crawford, and the Phantom. It will be well shipped, protected and insured. I haven’t seen another example, so I’d say it’s quite rare. Includes original box, as shown.
