Description: Snapped nearly 50-years ago is this original, vintage, one-of-a-kind, SIGNED and INSCRIBED photograph of Phil Lesh - in all of his sincere goofiness. If you are reading this, then you are acutely familiar with who Phil is and how incredibly impactful his life has been. This unique, black-and-white 8x10 photo was taken by notable Bay Area rock n' roll and Grateful Dead photographer Ed Perlstein, who produced numerous images of the Dead during the mid-70s+. This photograph, taken backstage by Ed during to one of the Dead's famous 1977 Winterland Ballroom shows (3/20/1977, 12/30/1977?), is also hand-signed and dated by Ed on the reverse. This photo was originally in the collection/archive of a member of the Grateful Dead's inner circle - it has never published (and has no legal reproduction implications) and has rarely been seen. There are a lot of Phil photos and signed items out there, but there is and will only even be one of these! It is wonderfully bizarre, easy to display, and a grate way to start a conversation (*I think*)!
