Description: 50 and 100 Piso notes from the Republika Ng Pilipinas. These were issued in the early 1970s by the Bangko Sentral. The 50 Piso is red on multicolor underprint. S. Osmena is on the front left with the old Legislature building on the back. This variety has the seal under denomination instead of over. This is signature #8, with F. Marcos and G. Licaros. The 100 Piso is purple on multicolor underprint. M. Roxas is on the front left with the old Central Bank building on the back. This is signature #7, with F. Marcos and A. Calalang. Both notes are in crisp uncirculated condition. I acquired them from the Bangko Sentral in Manila. I am listing other notes and coins from the Philippines.
