Description: Pigeon River Bridges Indiana Toll Road Middlebury Howe LeGrange Postcard The Indiana Toll Road (ITRCC) or I-80/90 extends 157 miles across the northernmost part of Indiana from its border with Ohio to the Illinois State Line. In operation since 1956, the ITR provides the primary connection to the Chicago Skyway and downtown Chicago. The ITRCC also links the largest cities on the Great Lakes with the Eastern Seaboard. The concrete Bridge was built in 19556, and reconstructed in 1995.
