Springtails are essential to any bioactive build as they help control any mold and fungus that grows. Please note SHIPPING ON CARBON CAN BE RISKY due to the movement during shipping. We recommend shipping on the soil substrate, but we will accommodate carbon as well. Please note OptimusPods does not accept returns and will do refunds on a case by case basis. Once the substrate has left the facility and are in the hands of USPS we cannot be liable for any damage that occurs, but we will do our best to package appropriately to mitigate any rough handling.
