This is the extremely hard-to-find, rare, and highly collectible "white" version.This accessory tree is in "excellent condition." There are NO BREAKS, CHIPS, or CRACKS! It is NOT glued. Will come apart. Sometime when assembled, this style of tree may be difficult and "tricky" to unassemble.HOWEVER, there is "glue residue" on the very bottom underside of the base - probably where someone had it attached to a layout or display. It STILL is a very nice looking tree - one that would enhance the Plasticville collection!These accessory items always make nice additions to a Plasticville layout or collection.
