Plumeria - Frangipanis are popular in landscaping because of the seemingly endless variety of the color, size, and fragrance of their blossoms. Plumeria - Frangipani have widely spaced, thick succulent but brittle branches with thin grey bark and a milky sap - take care when handling to avoid irritation to skin and eyes. Plumeria has elongated, leathery or fleshy leaves that are borne in clusters near the branch tips. You will receive a cutting measuring approximately 12" tall which can have multiple heads. To root plumeria cuttings: Poke a hole in the center of the potting soil, and insert the cutting, 1 1/2″ or 2″ deep. Firm the soil around the cutting. To keep the cutting anchored in place, set a stake next to the cutting, and carefully tie the cutting to the stake. Water the potting soil to settle the soil around the cutting and place in a warn, sunny spot. Plants will be shipped bare root to keep shipping costs down and will be kept moist and wrapped to protect while in transit.
