Description: POA Update Kit, 1977-78 Mercury Cougar for 134A [50-2557A] US Patent # 5918476 Delco 15-51 & 15-5191 This POA Update Kit is for use with134a refrigerant, for R12 order 50-2557 POA valve update kits convert the A/C system to a cycling clutch type system as found on later model vehicles. Eliminates aggravating problems with sticking internal piston. Update kit includes: Pressure cycling switch, O-rings, wire harness and fitting to replace original POA valve with ports to attach oil bleed line and expansion valve equalizer tube.
