Description: Relatively uncommon full leather binding of the Poetical Works of Wordsworth. No date, but published 1901 or earlier based on award inscription. Gilt decoration on cover with "West Ham [?] School for Girls" in gilt lettering below. Bookplate on front pastedown indicates the book was given as a prize in 1901. Interior is very good. There is a bookplate on front pastedown indicating the book was given as a prize in 1901. Text is otherwise clean. Binding is solid. Leather is cracking at hinges. Front interior hinge also cracking. Front and rear covers still attached. Boards in decent shape with minor marking of leather (some possible staining on rear), a little fading of gilt, worn corners and edges. Gilded page edges look pretty good. Some cracking of leather on spine and wear at spine ends. See photos.
