Description: This card was available as a Wizards Black Star Promo and was given away to visitors at participating stores from December 2000 to promote the release of Neo Genesis. In this case we were given extra cards from our local Toys 'R Us when they shut down the weekly Pokémon League nights due to lack of participation. The unwrapped card is from my collection. What you will receive is the original wrapped in cellophane card with the folded Neo Genesis ad as seen in the attached images.
