This beautiful mini flutter short sleeve dress is the Finley Flutter Sleeve Cotton Swing dress and is a size women's small. It is an easy pull over mini dress with a v-neck front and pleated in the front and back. It has a flutter short sleeves and front slash pockets. It is 100% cotton and hand wash only. It is in very good condition but does have a few very small stains that have not been stain treated. Not very noticeable and all pictured. One is on the inside of the right sleeve, very tiny stain on front bottom pleat, incredibly faint light staining on front under right pocket, and one very tiny stain on back right sleeve at end. Please look over all pictures carefully before purchasing. I ship within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment. Comes from a smoke free but pet friendly home.
