This pommel is universal in nature and can be used on any hidden tang knife handle design that features a through-hole with a threaded fastener assembly. It is made from engravable 420 stainless steel, is heat-treated, and satin finished. The fastener hole features a recess that allows a tang nut to be tightened below the surface and flushed off to a smooth end finish. It can also be left, as-is, where the tang nut sits below the surface of the pommel. The reverse side has a milled slot to allow the tang-end to recess, eliminating rotation and handle failure. This expertly designed piece is very high quality. It will professionally dress-out any custom knife handle.
