Description: Sterling silver Richfield Building letter opener and stamp holder by Porter Blanchard with monogram. Monogram appears to be WCB. This large and substantial letter opener and stamp holder was hand wrought commemorating the Richfield Building in Los Angeles, CA. The bottom of the handle slides off. Stamps were held in the handle compartment and there is a space on the back of the compartment cover where a small clock once was. Measures approx 9 5/8" long, 1 1/4" wide. Weighs approx 126.5g, 81.3dwt. Marked STERLING PORTER BLANCHARD on blade, also marked 28 on the handle and inside the stamp compartment. Very nice condition, with some very slight scratches and light tarnish. There is a hole in the handle where the small clock one was. Will come packaged in a gift box or pouch (when possible) and will be shipped US Priority Mail with insurance. CL072224/17KCS
