I measured the wheel diameter (see PIC close-up) at 1-10/32” = 1.3125”, which matches the chart (see PIC) that I found online. The flange diameter is slightly larger than 1-12/32” = 1.375” (see PIC close-up). The axle diameter is between 7/32” & 8/32” = 0.21875” & 0.25”. The wheels look like brass with a steel ring around the perimeter. They are solid with light rail time. Brass shows light age darkening.
