This silhouette evokes the mod silhouette of the 1970's. The unexpected, deep purple silk elevates what is an otherwise groovy silhouette into the perfect evening topper. APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS Shoulder to shoulder ~14.5 inches across (front). Armpit to armpit ~17.5 inches (front). Natural waist ~17.75 inches across (front, between the second and third buttons). Sleeves ~22.5 inches (front). Length ~32 inches (back, center, not including collar). Armpit to bottom hem ~23.5 inches (front). Good overall condition with much life left. There are some light spots on one of the sleeves and on the inside lining (pictured). There is fraying to the silk along the bottom hem, at the top of one of the pocket, at both wrists, under one armpit, and along the button holes. The wear to the wrists can easily be repaired by having a tailor shorten the sleeves an inch. (I would have repaired the wrist damage with my tailor, but the next owner should be able to have input on the sleeve length). Priced accordingly.
