Description: A gorgeous polychrome tripod bowl from Michoacan in Western Mexico, dating back to 200-800 AD. Beautifully decorated with red, orange and white painted details. The legs have small clay balls on the inside which make a nice rattle sound when shaken. One cleanly repaired breakline in one of the legs otherwise intact with no other repairs or restoration. Nice mineral and earthen deposits throughout the surface. Size: 7 1/2” D x 3” H.
