Description: Offered here is a really cool and unique piece of American political memorabilia from the historic 2008 presidential campaign in which Barack Obama was elected President. This is an unused and mint condition community credentials used to gain entry to Invesco Field in Denver, Colorado to see Barack Obama nominated for President at the Democratic National Convention on August 28, 2008. Invesco Field at Mile High Stadium, home of the Denver Broncos, was the unforgettable setting for an evening of speeches, songs and celebration as Barack Obama accepted the nomination and made history. Tickets for this event were hard to get; however, this ticket may be the coolest and most attractive ever made for a political event. The ticket is actually a thick laminated card that measure 4" by 6". Each ticket is infused with flasher technology (like those used for the old flasher buttons or the Kelloggs 3D baseball and football cards). They show a profile photo of Obama in one image but if you move the ticket slightly, it shows a waving American flag. Each ticket has a section and seat number and each ticket has a different color corresponding to a different level of the stadium. The ticket offered here features a lime or green ticket, which is very rare. Other colors included, purple, white (upper level--most common), red (rare), and yellow. The ticket says, "Change We Can Believe In Barack Obama Democratic Presidential Candidate Thursday, August 28, 2008, Gates Open at 1:00 p.m, Invesco Field at Mile High, Denver Colorado, Community Credential." This ticket is in near mint to mint condition. PLEASE NOTE: The actual seat and section number may be different from the ticket shown in the photos as I have several of these and will be reusing the same photos from the previous listing. The actual ticket will be identical in every way to the photos in this listing except for the numbers.
