The internal volume of our Coolant Expansion Tank is equivalent to the factory tank, resulting in no coolant loss. Our expansion tank is constructed of TIG-welded, 3mm thick aluminum and anodized gloss black durability. Each tank includes a billet aluminum cap, sight glass and custom lower fitting to fit the factory coolant line. This kit requires no modification for installation and reuses all factory hardware. Over time, heat cycles and age can cause plastic coolant tanks to fail.
