Description: this is prototype advertising, was created by The Anderson and Cairns Advertising Agency of NYC; listed artist Nye Pharr was the advertising director, he left the agency in 1953, this piece comes from his estate - from edge of mat to edge of mat it measures about 14X 9 1/2 " - has glue residue along the perimeter of the painting where it was glued to the mat (see picture 3)-not certain of the medium, I believe that it is a watercolor and or gouache--see pictures for more information and a better description invblu887/p514
