Tracking is provided at the discretion of seller based on final value price of item, therefore lower cost discs will be sent without tracking. PLEASE note the following, these are preowned discs, they generally are in acceptable condition, meaning they are not pristine, they may have markings, stickers, scuffing, initialing, scratches etc, however they should play in a standard player. We try to do a good job providing acceptable used discs, although occassionally mistakes CAN and DO happen. We do a buffing/cleaning cycle prior to shipping with a JFJ Pro, however, we process lots of discs, for time constraints, the discs are untested as we would be unable to provide this product otherwise. If your disc is not playable or there are any other issues, we want to work at making it right. Please email us. There have been limited cases where discs were broken by USPS during shipping by their sorting machines. If your disc is broken or unplayable please CONTACT us first. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. We will be more than happy to try to offer an acceptable solution for you. We respond to ALL emails within 12 hours and work very hard to provide good products, cheap prices, and excellent customer service. A majority of the discs are delivered in the 3 to 5 business day timeframe, however, a few on the west coast at certain times have taken longer. If you want or need this for a present in 2 days, I am sorry that I unable to promise that timeframe and would suggest looking for a seller that offers expedited shipping for the item.
