Description: Qty 2 New Guinea animal tooth and shell necklaces These two necklaces collected in the Ramu River Region of New Guinea in the 1980s by a female Australian lawyer. They are made from natural bush fibre. One is adorned with shells and the other a combination of shell and animal teeth, possibly a flying fox. They are both in excellent condition. Note the tooth necklace is possibly missing a shell at the top which would be used to secure it into the loop on the other side drop of shell necklace 36cm drop of shell and tooth necklace 30cm Please view the photos carefully as they make up an important part of the description
