Description: Here is a small quilt top or wall hanging in the One Flag pattern consisting of Eight Point Evening Stars and Nine Patch blocks. One Flag block takes the place of two nine patch blocks in the upper left-hand corner as shown. Top is machine stitched constructed with Civil War reproduction cotton fabrics and measures approximately 36 1/2" square with the individual blocks being 3" finished. Also included is 1 1/2 yards of Old English Rose by Gail Kessler for Andover Fabrics Pattern #3565 for backing and 4 1/2 yards of bias binding in a small black floral print on a muted green background.
