Description: We are very pleased to present Kaye England's beautiful new collection, Radiance, in a new custom-designed quilt kit. This stunning queen size quilt is 92" x 96" with a drop of about 16" on the sides. The quilt center is made up of 12" blocks surrounded by various 9" blocks then framed by 3 borders. The outer pieced border consists of 6" flying geese blocks that create a beautiful ombre effect all surrounded by an additional 3 simple borders that show off this beautiful collection. We think a quilter with moderate skills or a confident beginner looking for a bit of a challenge will find it achievable and enjoyable. There is also a separate kit available to make TWO queen-size pillow shams designed to coordinate with this quilt in a separate listing! NOTE: THIS IS THE KIT VERSION OF THIS QUILT AND NOT THE BLOCK OF THE MONTH! The kit contains a color copy of the Radiance pattern/instructions by Wilmington Prints along with enough fabric to complete the Queen Size Quilt top as shown in picture 1. This kit contains all fabrics required for the top of the quilt and edge binding. Backing and batting will need to be purchased separately. The overall finished size of this quilt is 92" x 96". There are no substituted fabrics! Picture 2 shows all the fabrics included in this kit, pictures 3 thru 8 show the blocks you will make for this project, and picture 9 shows the coordinating pillow sham kit available under SKU AAFQK-1334 while supplies last. 8-3/4 yards is recommended for backing fabric assuming a standard 44/45" width or 3 yards if using a 108" backing fabric. Additional fabric could be needed if using a directional print or for pattern design matching. Backing fabric and batting are NOT included in this kit. A little over 16-3/8 yards of fabric is included with the kit along with the pattern. NOTE: FABRICS IN THIS KIT ARE PACKAGED IN THE SAME ORDER AS LISTED ON THE PATTERN SO YOU CAN ORGANIZE AND MARK THEM USING YOUR FAVORITE METHOD!
