Description: Rare and beautiful McCoy bulb planter bowl with a laurel garland motif -- very large, 12" across. It is from the Grecian Line and was produced in the 1950s. (These usually have a gilt glaze, so I believe it is quite unusual with this glaze.) Marked "McCoy USA 444." The price reflects that it does have a significant crack, which has been stabilized and does not threaten the bowl's structural integrity. Still displays nicely and would be functional as a gorgeous bulb planter. This offering is part of our slow-motion estate sale -- Mother collected McCoy for about 40 years, with all periods represented in her vast collection, so let us know if you are looking for a particular McCoy piece. Each item will be meticulously cleaned and shipped with the utmost care. Hoping to find good homes for Mom's treasures!
