As described in the book jacket, “It sells for as much as $500 in the rare book market. So you can save with this pretty close to the real thing edition.” The story is filled with Seussian rhymes and illustrations, showcasing his unique style and wit, but Seuss himself called it his "greatest failure" and "a book that nobody bought" (likely because of its playful and slightly risqué humor, which is quite different from—and may well have inspired—the more child-friendly tone he’s known for). This is a great find for a book collector, a Seuss fan or that unique person who’s hard to shop for! · Very good condition. Book jacket has slight wear; inside pages are gorgeously illustrated.
