Bright and colorful image of a man holding sugar cane, with bananas next to him and a plane flying overhead. Artwork by the Italian artist Aldo Cosomati (1897-1977). BWIA - or Bee Wee as it was known - was the national airline based in Trinidad and Tobago from 1939 until 2006 when it became Caribbean Airlines. In Excellent overall condition. Remains bold and bright. Shows gentle edge and corner wear as well as a small tear to the bottom center. Very well preserved. Displays tremendously. Ready for framing. Measures 29 1/2” x 19 3/4”.
