The company was founded in 2009 by Joe Lotuff, Frank Clegg, and a mutual leather tanner. The brand only operated until 2011 before the partnership disbanded (Style Forum). The briefcase's leather exterior has been cleaned and treated with a gentle, natural balm. Please look carefully at leather's patina, edges, and exterior flaws before purchasing; this is a well-loved piece. There is some ink staining on the the interior, see photos.
