The book was printed by legendary printer and book designer Richard Ellis. It is printed on handmade paper. The interior is in near fine condition. Attached to the front left end paper is Charles Simon’s bookplate. There are no tears, or marks. The beautiful cover is in fine condition. The slipcase is in good condition. There is light wear, and the bottom edges are split. A previous owner has artfully secured them with tape. The slipcase has protected the book for over 93 years and should continue to do so for decades to come. The book is 9 1/4” x 13 1/4” tall and 152 pages plus a limitation page. H. Charles Tomlinron created 7 full page illustration, the illustrated title page, and cover illustration. There is little information on Cheshire House.
