There were only 12 Devil Rays that played in this game on March 30, 2004.. So that means there were only 12 Jerseys like this in the world that were actually game played and who knows how many if any of them were certified by MLB. Carter pitched the 7th and 8th inning in this game and was credited with the hold in the Rays win. Please note also the Jersey features the Ricoh patch on the right shoulder. I'm not sure prior to this time how many times if ever a companies logo has been featured on a MLB Jersey.
