The dial is very dark black with white easy to read numerals and indexes which give a really nice sharp contrast that I like. It also has a classic style design in that the second hand is a sub-dial all its own giving a vintage look & feel about it. I really like the fact the case is very thin-- it measures only 5 mm, and it packs a whole lot of excellence inside with the best Swiss movement with 15 jewels which is pretty much unheard of, but Raymond Weil makes some of the finest watches on the planet. The overall condition is excellent.The movement was oiled and the leather straps were conditioned with mink oil. This watch had one owner and it was obviously taken care of.
