It has a thread that is still attached at an end close to the zipper as seen in the photos. Approx. 7" from zippered end and 3" from side. Will be on the drop edge of the duvet cover. Can be fixed or simply left alone and handled with care. I repair my linens with Fabric Tac glue. Dries clear. But up to you. I don't sew. There is a slight mark on the front of the drawstring packaging. Measures 68"x88" with a zippered closure. There is a 3" ruffle of the duvet cover. 100% Linen.
