The glass shades are hand painted, and they don't have any cracks - just some small flea bites along the edges - nothing noticed when in use. See closeups for details. Each uses a standard-base light bulb up to 100 watts, or use LED bulbs for any brightness you like, as they use low wattage for bright light. The light bulbs shown ARE INCLUDED to get you started, however they are not brand new bulbs, so we can't say how much life is left in them.
