Maltby, Sr. (June 26, 1914 – August 19, 1991) was an American musician, conductor, arranger and bandleader, most notable for his 1956 recording (Themes From) The Man With the Golden Arm". Card and signature both grade high. Provenance: We are privileged to have picked up hundreds of items from the Roger Harris collection. Harris was an avid collector of autographs who spent a great deal of time corresponding with celebrities, asking them in most cases what their greatest satisfaction was. He did this throughout the 1960's and 1970's and we are offering a wide variety of obscure and rare signatures in all collecting genres.
