It does have wear and staining in line with a 79 year old album. There is a tear at the bottom of the spine, but the spine itself is tight. There is a piece of painter's tape on the front. You may be able to remove it, but I was afraid to try. The 5 inner sleeves are pretty close to like new. Please take a close look at all of the pics and read the info in the listing details before purchasing this item, as it constitutes your agreement to them. WARNING--Do you want the best for your money? Ask yourself why the other sellers don't show you the album from ALL angles, including the cover, dust jacket, and vinyl.
