Horizontal dropouts by Suntour make this able to be set up as a single speed/fixie, or install derailleurs and make a complete geared bike. Has down-tube square bosses for shifters, holes drilled for brakes, top tube cable routing for rear brake, and old school top of bottom bracket guides for shift cable routing. Has 2 bolts on down-tube for bottle cage (they are not stuck and I just greased them), Sugino pinch bolt for a seatpost that is either 27.0 or 27.2 mm.
