Dolls House miniature DIY kit LILY’S PORCH Approx 1:16th scale Approx: (just over) 9" (23cm) x 6 1/4" (16cm) x 10 1/4" (26cm) Diy model. Fun, challenging, therapeutic and creative! I have just made this particular model, I have done many similar and have just started this one! Some tips: There does not seem to be any instructions on where to put battery when installed, so I drilled little hole behind fence, thread wires through and into a little box I made. (See last picture!) I like to ‘dry’ assemble first, just so I can see where things go. Where it states to paint certain bits, some bits need painting all over! I found it easier to mark the pieces before removing them from sheet I put the light in place before putting furniture etc in, so I can hide the wire. I must confess I gave up on the wire items!!! And, I’m not very good at the flowers, so I put my own ready made ones in! Hope this helps. Lily’s Porch all finished! I can see I missed some paint on one edge! Struggled with tiny flowers so used my own! Also struggled with the wire work!! I drilled a tiny hole on the side to thread light wire, made a little box for it to sit discreetly in! They really are a pleasure to create! Everything has to be made: actual room, furniture plant pots, stools, signs, pictures, books etc. Includes LED Light which really looks good when lit up Glue is included Not a model to be rushed or done in a day!
