Some discs may have slight surface scuffing but nothing I believe will affect play. Cases may have shelf-wear or minor damage. Having said that, I cannot guarantee perfect play, even on products I test: different players read things different ways. Discs are sold AS IS ... HOWEVER ... I am a pretty good grader, and I have only had 3-4 complaints over several years (and some of those I think were trying to scam me. Just saying.) Please see photos: Pictures are of actual item(s). Nothing personal. *What You Can Expect from My Packaging* I promise to carefully pack your purchase and get it to the Post Office. Despite what ONE PARTICULAR CUSTOMER (out of 1600+) seems to think, I have never had an item damaged due to insufficient packing (check my feedback). That said, after it leaves my hands, it’s ... well, it’s out of my hands. I HAVE had the USPS utterly destroy packages—maybe 3-4 times in the last year. I’m starting to take it personally. For items that require them, batteries are not included ... all it does is jump the shipping costs. *What You Should NOT Expect from my Packaging* Pretty. Don’t expect pretty. I am a fanatic recycler, and I will use anything I can that serves the purpose. I hate throwing perfectly good stuff in the garbage. *About FREE SHIPPING* There's no such thing: SOMEbody's gotta pay for it. I could jack the price of my stuff to make it LOOK like you're getting it shipped for free but I prefer to keep my prices lower and keep shipping as close to actual as I can get. I'm not trying to gouge anyone--but you can't ship much of anything for under $6 anymore. For some heavier items, I've started using FedEx. If that is a problem, let me know. *About the Merchandise:* I am not a professional product-grader and don’t claim to be, but I work very hard at honestly representing anything I list. On the other hand, I don’t always know what I am talking about (just ask my ex-wife). For that reason, my merchandise is sold "AS IS". So if you have a question or want more information, please E-mail before you bid ... you’ll be doing us both a favor. *About Returns:* I don't take returns, as a rule. I mean, if something is wrong with the product, sure, I'll work with you ... but a lot of what I sell is media: books, CDs, DVDs and so forth. There are people out there--not YOU ... I'm sure you're very nice--but there are some unscrupulous people out there who read a book or make a copy of a CD and then want to sent it back to me for a refund. So I've just made it an across-the-board policy to not take returns. *About Payments:* I take PayPal. Actually, I'd take about anything from glazed donuts to gold doubloons, but eBay has been pretty insistent that I take PayPal, so there ya go. Of course, now eBay has decided it gets information directly from your bank account under the guise of "managing" transactions ... so if you want to pay something OTHER than PayPal ... you're welcome to try.
