I have a FITNESS REALITY 810XLT rack --- yup, the cheapest rack you can get, not evenclose to ROGUE and these straps fit it quite well and function very well. I have dropped about180lbs on them and no issues. The way these straps mount is that they have a knob that goes into a 1" hole. When weight is droppedonto the straps, the tension pulls the mounts inwards from both ends, holding the mounts super tight against the poles. Even if you wear out the straps, no worries, you can always get another set of straps. You can even replace thestraps with towing straps, as long as you have a loop at each end. Where the cost is, is actually in the mounts. The mounts are about 80% the cost ---- in any strap safety system Rogue or whoever. It also comes with red pins --- the pins allow the strap to be connected to the mounts. These straps/pins/mountshave tolerances much higher than forces any human has ever produced. So rest assured, when installed properlyto a sturdy rack, these will catch the falling weight, which would otherwise be a potential career ending/life ending event. FREE SHIPPING ...
