Please understand that if you decide to decline insurance, anything that happens to your item after it leaves our possession (whether it is lost, stolen, damaged, etc.) is your responsibility. When insurance is taken, ANY AND ALL claims must be filed with the carrier. We will assist you whichever way we can, but ultimately the claim is between you and the carrier. Returns and Refunds Once the bidding is closed, you have purchased the item you won and it is yours. Your payment may be refunded in full if the item you received is: - Defective or DOA - Significantly different from the auction description - We made a mistake and shipped you the wrong item. Buyer pays the shipping back to us, but we refund the purchase price and original shipping cost. Refund will be made no earlier than we receive the item back in original condition. Returned items must be with their original packaging intact, not altered in any way, accompanied by our paperwork. All claims must be made within 72 hours of receipt. Sorry, no exceptions.
