This contract is between Ronald Colman and Amusement Enterprises, Inc for Ronald Colman to appear on the "Jack Benny Show" TV show dated Nov 3, 1949. The contract is signed in the lower left on the back page by Ronald Colman in black ink. Ronald Colman also initials the contract 3 times "RC", twice on the front and once on the back. Benita Hume Colman also signs the contract in black ink just to the right of Ronald Colman's signature. The contract is also signed and initialed by a representative of Amusement Enterprises, Inc. Amusement Enterprises, Inc letterhead. This contract also comes with a COA issued from R&R Enterprises.
